Simon has over 13 years of experience in Taxation and Customs Management having worked at the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) in different capacities before leading the formation of Delfina Customs Clearing and Forwarding (Private) Limited in 2015. Simon is a holder of a Master of Science Degree in Finance and Investments with National University of Science and Technology. Also being a holder of a Bachelor of Commerce Honors Degree in Banking and Finance from the Midlands State University attained in 2009. The Managing Director also holds an Advanced Certificate in Taxation & Customs Management attained during his tenor at ZIMRA in 2018.
Tonderayi commenced his financial services career with Platinum Groupe Pvt Ltd a local Investment Bank offering asset management, stockbroking as well as advisory services in 2011. He spent a significant amount of his time at Platinum Securities (Private) Limited where he gained vast experience in the Back and Front Office Operations, as a trainee intern. He further became an investments analyst and gained vast experience in writing Investment reports covering the broad macro economy, specific sectors and individual company reports for listed companies for both internal and external clients. During this period Tonderayi also participated in various advisory services duties for both listed and unlisted companies. Some of the financial advisory tasks he undertook can be broadly categorized as corporate finance, debt and capital raising, bond origination, project finance and bidding as advisers to complex financial transactions including corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honors Degree in Banking & Finance from the Midlands State University (2011). Tonderayi is also a holder of the Master of Science Degree in Finance and Investments with the National University of Science and Technology (NUST). He has over 13 years of experience in the financial services field and also with experience in the Customs field, Tonderayi also holds a Diploma Certificate in Customs Legislation and Practice(2024). He is also one of the founding directors of Delfina Customs Clearing and Forwarding (Private) Limited.
Given is also one of the founding directors of Delfina Customs Clearing and Forwarding (Private) Limited. He started his career as an intern at Banc ABC Commercial Bank in 2011. He carried out various duties in the Credit Risk and Retail Banking Department. He re-joined the bank in 2012 after having completed a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Finance with National University of Science and Technology (NUST) during the same year. He gained vast experience in the Trade Finance Department of the Bank where he facilitated import and export of goods and services. Lawrence has extensive experience in the financial services sector spanning over 13 years. He commenced this career as a Graduate Management Trainee at the then TN Bank Limited in 2012 where he gained vast experience in Retail Banking and Corporate Banking. Upon takeover take-over of the bank by Econet Wireless Zimbabwe and subsequent rebranding into Steward Bank in 2014, Lawrence moved to Business Development and Strategy where he was responsible for the Project Management, Product Development and turnaround strategy. Lawrence has a Master of Science Degree in Finance and Investments with National University of Science and Technology (NUST). He is also a holder of a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Banking & Finance from the Midlands State University (MSU) attained in 2009.
Munashe Bozhiwa is a former ZIMRA officer with experience in areas of taxation and revenue management. He has exposure in several areas of interests including customs and tax consulting and currently he heads the tax department at Delfina Holdings. Notwithstanding his experience of over 14 years in the taxes area of work, he has a Bachelors Honors Degree in Economics and also a Master of Science Degree in Economics, both obtained from the University of Zimbabwe. During his tenor at ZIMRA, he acquired quite a lot of essential skills and knowledge within the taxes field. Munashe is also the leading tax consultant at Delfina Holdings and holds the responsibility of handling all matters to do with tax returns as well as tax registration for various clients.
Having vast experience in the field of customs and excise , Marlvin holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Solusi University and also holds a Masters in Science- Strategic Management Degree from the University of Great Zimbabwe . He has been exposed to vast industries and has gained a lot of diverse experience including banking where he worked for Barclays bank Zimbabwe in 2011. Also in Retail Industry where he worked 2 years in the Finance department for Innscor Credit Retail -TV Sales & Home. He obtained training in customs and taxation in his tenor at Zimbabwe Revenue Authority and worked at the organization for 7 years from 2014 to 2020. Using all the expertise obtained he is integral for the organization in assisting clients in compliance on excise issues and administration of their Customs bonded premises.
Ranganai oversees all the Customs operations within the organization and with relevant experience in the customs field, he is also part of the Customs Management. He is a former ZIMRA officer with exposure within the whole customs procedures. Having obtained training in customs and taxation in his tenor at ZIMRA, he was also part of the Beitbridge Border Post crew of ZIMRA officers. Ranganai is also part of the business management crew at Delfina Holdings with more specialty in customs as well as business development. Having several qualifications, he holds a Master of Science Degree in Economics obtained from National University of Science and Technology, a Bachelors Honors Degree in Finance and Investment from the University of Zimbabwe. Ranganai has over 15 years within years of experience within the customs operations and management field.
A vital player in the customs operations and management at Delfina Holdings, Kennedy is a holder of a BSc Honors Degree in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg (2013). He is also a former ZIMRA officer who served within the customs operations from 2014 – 2019 and also managed to gain experience in areas of customs regulation and management. Kennedy heads all the customs clearing procedures at Delfina Holdings and with quite a lot of exposure within the customs field, has been a key player in areas to do with customs clearing and forwading. Having over 10 years of experience within the customs industry, he has acquired critical skills and knowledge in customs and tax regulations, he is also part of the tax regulation that specialize in procedures to do with tax consulting and advisory issues at Delfina Holdings.
A passionate economist with experience in the field of taxation, customs and international trade and general administration. Muchineripi is a tax consultant at Delfina Holdings with vast experience in areas of taxation and customs administration who also happens to be a former ZIMRA officer. During his course at ZIMRA, he was a revenue specialist and he had exposure in various areas of expertise including the ZIMRA tax department as well as the advising of clients on the applicable tariffs, duties, taxes and regulations. He is also part of the Delfina Holdings business management crew as he is a key player in the issues of taxation as well as customs operations. Muchineripi also worked Zimbabwe Institute of Tax Accountants (ZITA) with experience in areas of tax legislation and preparation of mid-term fiscal reviews. Muchineripi holds several relevant qualifications including MSc in Business Economics and Investment Analysis (University of Zimbabwe-2021), BSc in Economics (University of Zimbabwe-2010), only to mention a few. In this line of work, Muchineripi has over 14 years of experience in the taxes revenue field.
